I’ve been taking my SL500 to Jeff & Louie for 4 years now and wouldn’t dream of letting anyone else touch her. The job is always done right and they’ve been incredibly helpful and informative over the years.

For me the geographic location of this car service is perfect! Jeff and Louie are really easy to Communicate with, Dog named Diego is a bonus! Electronic estimate and checkout process was seamless! I look forward to Bringing my car here when it needs work!

Great experience overall. I’d been struggling to find anyone willing to help me with my smart car. Jeff and Louie were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and transparent, and the work was done faster than I expected. I’m so relieved to now have a place so close by that I can trust and rely on for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you, guys!

I trusted this shop with a difficult job that most would never attempt. I wanted the decrepit, fogged out head light lenses on my 2002 ML320 replaced with new clear ones I found from a third party. Turned out fantastic. SUV looks brand new!

Been bringing my benzes to Jeff and Louie for literal decades. Good dudes who do good work and have integrity. Their new system sends you photos of the inside of your car so you can see where the wear and tear on your car is located. With interest rates so high, keeping my ‘97 and ‘00 cars rolling is a more affordable long-term plan than leasing or buying with a loan. Secret Benz makes this plan viable.
